Tender Description
The Services required under this contract are for the annual supply of concrete and ancillary works, inclusive of all labour and materials, for Hume City Council.
This Contract is a schedule of rates contract and calls for the:
* The re-construction of damaged footpaths and thickened vehicle crossing sections of footpaths, kerb and channel, vehicle crossings and pram crossovers.
* The construction of new footpaths and shared pedestrian and bicycle paths.
* Associated works including the installation and maintenance of tactile ground surface indicators for the visually impaired.
* Minor patching of asphalt road surfaces adjacent to repaired and/or replaced kerb and channel.
* Occasional replacement of house stormwater drain connections and kerb adaptors.
* Minor repairs to stormwater pits and lids
* Relaying of uneven brick paving
* Other concrete associated works as required The works on footpaths and of kerb and channel may range from the replacement of single bays and sections of concrete to complete street lengths.
