For the Establishment of a Panel of Specialist Service Contractors

⁠⁠⁠City of Ryde Council requires a Panel of Specialist Service Contractors from time to time, depending on the upcoming works program and the availability of Councils internal resources.

Council is seeking to engage Specialist Service Contractors on and as when required basis to undertake minor projects as either a Sole ABN Contractor or small PTY Companies (upwards to 3 three years). The period covered by this Expression of Interest is for a period of 3 three years.

The Specialist services being sought inlcude:

• Senior Design Stormwater Engineer
• Waste Management Project Consultant
• Leadership & Change Consultant
• Project Manager – Multi-disciplinary Projects
• Senior Transport Engineer Planner
• Project Management Specialist Advisor
  

Sole ABN Contractors will be contracted direct to Council to work from Council's premises based on an 8 hour day, 40 hours, and 12 month duration.

Where PTY Companies are to be engaged, it will be for a firm price against a specified and detailed scope of works (the brief) for a defined period for a defined project only.

Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the attached word version of the Schedule. Respondents, will receive a successful submission, receipt timed and dated upon completion. Furthermore, hard copy submission can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title, number and closing details. If submitting a tender via hard copy, the tender box is located in the foyer of Council's Civic Centre Administration Building.
