Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is seeking suitably skilled individuals or organisations to submit a tender for the role of Coordinator for the Producer Demonstration Site (PDS) Program.
The PDS Program underpins MLA’s research, development and adoption (RD&A) activities by supporting groups of producers to demonstrate, adapt and validate the triple bottom line benefits of new management practices, research outputs and associated skills within commercial production systems.
The role will coordinate and oversee a portfolio of PDS projects, supporting project development, delivery, monitoring and reporting, and ensuring consistent program standards across the portfolio.
Applicants should have strong experience in agricultural extension and adoption, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of multi‑party programs involving producer groups.
Two coordinator roles are available. These may be delivered by:
- two individual coordinators (up to 90 days per year each), or
- one organisation providing two nominated personnel (up to 180 days per year combined)
The engagement term is up to five years.
