Tender Description
TfNSW advises that the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Construction of 1500V DC Feeders - Stage 2, will be issued as an Open Invitation in September 2015 as part of the Power Supply Upgrade (PSU) Program.
1500V DC feeder works are required at the following six (6) substation locations:
* Granville;
* Chatswood North;
* Strathfield;
* Gordon;
* Hornsby; and
* Waverton
The scope of works to be completed in and around the feeder substation locations will include, but is not limited to:
* All relevant civil, building and structural works, in addition to construction and commissioning works identified;
* OHW Structure modifications to attach new DC feeder cables and OHW terminal plate modifications; and
* Modification of existing DCCB and IRCS 1500V DC cable termination.
