Overview
Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking tenders from building contractors to carry out all building works related to the proposed extension of the RFDS medical centre, as detailed within the Tender Document, Specification and Design Drawings.

The Gilgandra local government area is situated in the central west of NSW and covers an area of 4,800 square kilometres, including the township of Gilgandra and three smaller villages of Tooraweenah, Armatree and Curban.
Gilgandra is located on the junction of the Newell, Oxley, and Castlereagh Highways. It is 432 km north-west of Sydney and 60 km north of Dubbo and is located approximately halfway on the inland route from Melbourne to Brisbane.

- All building works related to the proposed extension of the RFDS medical centre, as detailed within the Tender Document, Specification and Design Drawings
Instructions to Tenderers

- Tenderers must submit their tender via the electronic tender box using the attached PDF or Word version of the forms
- Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated, upon completion
- Gilgandra Shire Council has a local purchasing policy
- Gilgandra Shire Council will undertake this tender in accordance with its Statement of Business Ethics
- Submissions must be fully received by the closing time
- The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit
- Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal
- Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted
