Boroondara City Council (‘Council’) is seeking submissions, including pricing, from suitably qualified and experienced service providers who can provide specialist online information architecture (IA), functional solution design and content production services, under a part lump sum/ part standing offer arrangement for a period of two years (with an option to extend for on additional period of 12 months).
This body of work, to be managed by the department of Innovation aims to create significant value for all Council customers by developing a better customer experience online. The project aims to do this by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of online information, services and transactions across all suitable requests, applications, payments and citizen engagement opportunities.
