Tender Description
The purpose of this Contract is for the design and construction of a commercial office refurbishment based on an existing building of approximately 1800 m2. The Building services shall be designed in accordance with the architecturally designed functional layout and performance specification, the mechanical designs for the reconditioning of existing and new HVAC units based on the proposed office fitout and the supply and installation of Solar Photovoltaics. The works will include new partitions, reconfiguration of existing accessible toilets, electrical and data services, and minor hydraulic services.
