Tender Description
The Department invites suitably qualified organisations to submit a tender for a single, modularised human capital management platform/system, which is cloud based, software as a service.
The system must be modular and additional modules able to be added or subtracted as required. The proposed system must offer as a minimum:
* Recruitment, marketing and candidate management
* Contractor/contingent workforce management
* Learning Management
* Performance Management
* Onboard/offboard new and existing staff
* Workflows and communication channels
* Reporting and analytics
* Succession planning capabilities
* Self-service employee dashboard/employee user profiles
* Access to regular system updates as part of the proposed solution
* Ability to integrate with the Department’s Aurion payroll system either via a web interface or via file transfer protocol
* Multi-platform/device friendly (mobile/tablet)
* Cloud based delivery with data being wholly contained within Australia
* Scalability, to allow the Department to offer the system under a shared services arrangement
* Inbuilt reporting capabilities that are ingrained in the product set and that do not require the Department to develop its own reporting capability.
