T301516RTC Provision of Hygienic Services to participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1/10/2015 to 31/09/2017 with provision for a 1 year option.
(Clarence Valley Council / Richmond Valley Council and Rous Water.)
Estimated expenditure is 80,000 pa.
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames. The winning tenderer shall be a single source tender.
Any person / company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline 10.00am 1st September 2015 (Submissions shall be via the Electronic tender Box via Tenderlink).
A hard copy will also be required to be submitted for evaluation purposes to the Thornton office as per the invitation to tender states. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
