Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00 pm, Wednesday 2 September 2015, from experienced contractors to undertake alterations and renovations to the existing Canoe Club Pavilion. The site of the existing pavilion is 11 Marnock Road, Newtown. (Melways Reference Map 451 F8 Edition 39).

The works include demolition, concreting and stormwater drainage, carpentry, plumbing, sanitary and water, roofing and metal cladding, together with electrical and internal fitout, refer specifications and schedules.

Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at 11.00 am Tuesday 18 August 2015 at the existing pavilion located at 11 Marnock Road, Newtown. Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the scope of works to assist tenderers in their understanding of the project requirements and the tender process. Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection.

Please ensure your company is in attendance and your representative registers their attendance when at the site. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender (refer tender condition 3.4).
