Tender Description
* PURPOSE:REGPRO021617 Supply and Delivery of Bulk Bitumen Emulsion(cationic) to participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1/01/2016 to 30/12/2018 with provision for a 1 year option.
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames. The winning tenderer shall be a single supplier for each council.
Councils include OROC - 11 COUNCILS, Mid western Regional Council and Clarence Valley Council.
* INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline 10.00am 25th August 2015 (Submissions shall be via the Electronic tender Box via Tenderlink). A hard copy will also be required to be submitted for evaluation purposes to the Thornton office as per the invitation to tender states. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
