Tender Description
Council is inviting tenders for carrying out reseal and final seal works on roads in the municipality over the next three years. Included in the scope of these works is the supply and delivery of aggregate. This is a Schedule of Rates contract, subject to rise and fall.
Tenderers are advised to read the full contract documents and familiarise themselves with the proposed work sites before making their submission. (Linemarking Schedule will be added by Council as an Addendum prior to tender close.)
Tenders may either be lodged electronically via this e-Tendering portal or lodged in written form at the Tender Box. Written tenders must be lodged at Council’s Tender Box, Patchell Plaza, 47 Victoria St, Kerang no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday 26 August 2015.
Tenders will not be accepted at any other office of Council.
Late tenders or tenders delivered verbally will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. A pre tender briefing will not be held.
