The purpose of this Contract is for Council to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced Earthmoving Operator to provide clean fill and earthmoving activities including cut at the former land fill site now known as Sunshine Energy Park located at 570A Ballarat Road Albion.

The agreement will also provide Council with royalties associated with granting site access and for the importation of the clean fill that is required to complete capping works. Royalties will be based upon the total amount of filling required to reach the RL level as calculated by Council’s Contaminated Land Consultants GHD Pty Ltd.
