Tender Description
Works involve partial demolition and redevelopment of the old sports change rooms and constructions of new social rooms at Larissa Reserve. It will comprise two change rooms, Social room, associated amenities, umpires rooms, first aid room, storage rooms, public amenities and external works including in ground services and paving.
A mandatory site inspection will be held at 8A Larissa Road, St Albans 3021, Wednesday 22nd July 2015 commencing at 10am. Please follow the instructions in section 1.
