Upcoming Preventative and Responsive Maintenance Contract Procurement
To whom it may concern,
City West Water has commenced procurement of a new Preventative and Responsive Maintenance Contract.

A market briefing will be held at 10am on 31 July 2015 at City West Water, 1 McNab Avenue, Footscray Victoria.

The briefing will outline key features of the contract being tendered and the procurement timeframe. Important dates in the procurement timeframe are expected to be:

Release of Expression of Interest (EoI): 31 July 2015
Release of Request for Proposal to selected respondents to EoI: 7 September 2015
Interaction with preferred proponents commencing: 25 November 2015
CWW Board approval of selected Service Provider: 23 March 2016.

The briefing offers market participants the opportunity for feedback on the proposed contract and the procurement process.

It is not compulsory for prospective tenderers to attend this briefing. If you would like to attend please register before 5:00pm 24 July 2015 via the email address below. Registrations must include the name of each individual attending, and the name of the organisation. A maximum of two individuals from each organisation may attend the market briefing. It is requested that all attendees arrive at our offices at 9:30am to allow for registration to be completed before the briefing commences at 10am.

All materials provided at the briefing will be available on our website following the briefing.

City West Water is adhering to strict probity requirements in this procurement. Consequently, City West Water employees will not participate in any discussions regarding the preventative and responsive maintenance contract before this market briefing. We will not accept requests for one-on-one discussions following the release of the Expression of Interest. However, we will welcome queries and clarifications on the request for Expressions of Interest via the email address below.
