Tender Description
The new 33/11 kV Zone Substation at Tighes Hill will replace the existing Carrington Zone, including sub-transmission feeder works to connect the existing 33 kV network supplied from Merewether STS. Based on condition assessment, the Carrington substation is nearing the end of its serviceable life and is recommended for replacement.
Mandatory criteria are:
* Attendance at the pre-tender /site inspection meeting
* Tender (D2 Schedules) submitted on time
* Management systems in place certified to:
* Quality System certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008
* Safety Management System certified to AS 4801:2001
* Environmental Management System certified to AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004.
The mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on site at 73 Elizabeth Street Tighes Hill NSW, at 11 am, Monday 6 July 2015. All prospective respondents must attend this meeting.
Prospective respondents must register their intention to attend the pre-tender meeting by emailing Mr Jay Krstinovski on jkrstinovski@ausgrid.com.au by 4 pm no later than one working day before the meeting.
