EOI For the Lease and Operation of the Debbie and Abbey Borgia Centre

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited for the management and operation of the Debbie and Abbey Borgia Centre (DAB), the upgrade and court expansion of the DAB Centre, and lease and operation of the Steel Park Café, 531 Illawarra Road, Marrickville, NSW.

Submissions must be marked EOI No. 354/15 For the lease and operation of the Debbie and Abbey Borgia Centre, 531 Illawarra Road, Marrickville and lodged electronically via Tenders Online or delivered to The Tender Box, Marrickville Council Administration Centre, 2–14 Fisher Street, Petersham 2049 by no later than 2pm, Wednesday 15 July 2015.

Council requires that submissions by individuals or businesses detail Australian Business Number (ABN) and GST status.
