Tender Description
The design and construction of the required hard and soft landscaping, the site civil works and the licensed preschool playground to suit the building and building services done by others. The works will include all necessary approvals, permits, certifications, siteworks and assisting other contractor’s/consultants appointed by Council to secure the development Town Planning Permit and Building Permit. The construction phase of the project will also include site preparation for a relocated modular building (erected by others).
