Tender Description
This document is an invitation to tender for provision of services to Loddon Mallee Preschool Association (LMPA) toward the development of their Information Technology and Communications infrastructure. The successful service provider will be required to fulfill two major elements of the tender including the development of the IT and Communications infrastructure plan and the implementation of that plan to meet our current and future needs. These two elements may be delivered as two distinct separate processes or combined into a single process over a specified period of time. The successful tender will work with the Management Group which is responsible for the ongoing management of the initiative.
While our preference would be to have a single service provider delivering on the total tender requirements we are also interested in receiving specialist submissions for part of the tender or multi supplier combined submissions that will deliver on the total tender requirement.
