Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council invites building contractors with a demolition registration to tender for the stripping out of the existing building of all items not required for the new facility. Work includes the removal of non-structural walls, amenities, ceiling tiles, carpet, plant and electrical.
The date for practical completion is 4 September 2015.
All tenderers must register with the Council to obtain the tender documents. These can be downloaded by completing the form below or alternatively you may contact the Project Engineer, Mr Raymond Weber on 1300 366 244 or email raymond.weber@wellington.vic.gov.au.
Tenders should be lodged in the tender box at the Wellington Shire Council Sale Service Centre at 18 Desailly Street, Sale, no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 24 June 2015.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late, email or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
