Request for Tender This project brief provides the background, purpose, objectives and overall project requirements, for all submissions to conduct a review of the Dandenong Industrial Change and Demand Study (2007) with the view to producing an updated document entitled Greater Dandenong Industrial/Commercial Change and Demand Study 2015.
The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking to engage a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary consultant to undertake a review of the existing Dandenong Industrial Change and Demand Study (2007) and update the development framework for all industrial, commercial and mixed use areas in the municipality.
The study will assess if there will be sufficient land supply to meet the needs of future industrial and commercial activities in Greater Dandenong. This study area applies to land in the Industrial 1, 2 or 3 Zone, Commercial 1 and 2 Zone and the Mixed Use Zone, the Harwood Road North precinct which is located in the Green Wedge Zone and an isolated piece of Farming Zone, which is currently the subject of a Planning Scheme Amendment to rezone from the Farming Zone to the Industrial 3 Zone.
