Tender Description
The project will include:
* Construction of self-catering accommodation units (3 of 44 bed units - 132 beds in total)
* Gas conversion (from LPG to natural gas)
* Development and upkeep of the construction access road
* Fire Indicator Panel upgrade
* Site lighting upgrade
* Minor building works for cold and dry kitchen storage
There is an estimated construction budget of $10m - $20m with works expected to commence in September 2015 and be completed in June 2016.
Interested parties must be pre-registered on the Department of Treasury and Finance Construction Supplier Register.
The following list is an example of the forthcoming RFT response requirements.
* Previous construction experience in an operational prison by the company and nominated personnel
* Quality Management
* OH&S Management
* Construction program response
* Evidence of financial capacity
* Amended AS2124-1992 Contract
