Tender Description
The Agency wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant/consortium to:
1. Develop and assess several options in order to arrive at an evidence-based recommendation as to the preferred Australian Non-/admittedCare Classification (ANACC) structure.
2. Undertake a comprehensive stakeholder consultation process on several candidate non-admitted care classification options.
3. Develop the ANACC system and reference documents necessary to support the classification’s implementation of the non-admitted care classification system for Activity Based Funding (ABF) purposes.
The following phases of the project have been developed to describe the work required to meet the aim of developing the new ANACC system for implementation in the Australian ABF program and the list is not considered to be definitive:
* Phase One: Project planning and review.
* Phase Two: Development and evaluation of several candidate classification systems.
* Phase Three: Stakeholder consultation.
* Phase Four: Recommendation of a preferred classification system for adoption.
* Phase Five: Development of the Australian non-admitted care classification system.
