Tender Description
The Commonwealth Carer Respite & Support Services provides a single point of contact for Carers needing information about respite and other resources available to support them in their caring role. This service is able to provide short term support and practical assistance to carers of people who are frail aged, have dementia, a disability, chronic illness, mental illness or a palliative condition. This is a 24 hour regional service covering all of the Grampians Region.Tenure for Out of Hours may be subject to funding and programmatic changes related to DSS aged care reforms including NDIS” to the bottom of the comment of page 2 about the Carers services as at this stage we only have funding for 18 months.
