Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Essential Energy requires a suitable qualified contractor to refurbish the heritage listed former Power Station building situated in the Northern Rivers region. The Former Power Station is less than 1km north-east of the Lismore Airport.

Characterised by an industrial commercial landscape, the Power Station building is located at 238 - 246 Union Street, South Lismore.

This is a unique opportunity to work on and historic 1932 Power Station.
