This tender relates to works for the Hobsons Bay CityCouncil reserve known as Bryan Martyn Oval Multipurpose Training Facility, Newport.
The purpose of the contract is to undertake construction and maintenance of landscape and training facility improvements to Bryan Martyn Oval.
The scope of works includes Site setout;
* Site grading and drainage;
* Timber retaining wall;
* Concrete base to multipurpose court;
* Concrete paths (tender option);
* Acrylic surfacing;* Synthetic turf surfacing;
* Retractable soft netting;* Chain mesh fencing and roofing
* Linemarking;
* Basketball Tower & Netball Rings;
* Tree planting (by others);
* Grass reinstatement (by others);
* Making good areas damaged by or impacted by the construction works
