Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of plumbing maintenance, installation (renewals, upgrades and refurbishments) and associated services on a reactive and programmed basis for a period of 3 years with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years.
Services to be provided include stormwater/sewer drainage, sanitary blockages, stormwater tanks and pumps, major pipe work (including re-lining), water supply systems including hot water units and hot/cold filtered water units, thermostatic mixing valves, roofing, roof leak repairs and gutter and roof drainage system cleaning. The contract requires the provision of all services during normal business hours and out of hours.
Tenderers are encouraged to attend an information session at 10.00am on Tuesday 21 April 2015. Refer to the tender documents for venue details.
Tenders close at 3.00pm on Tuesday 5 May 2015 and are to be deposited in the Tender Box during office hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm, at the Whitehorse Civic Centre, 379-397 Whitehorse Rd, NUNAWADING VIC 3131.
