Tender Description
Ballarat Health Services (BHS) is seeking a suitably qualified service provider to undertake the building Fire Services Replacement and Upgrade at the Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) facility located at the Midlands site, Norman Street, Ballarat North.
Tenderers shall note that building and renovation work is currently being undertaken to accommodate the CYMH facility. This building is an existing solid brick, double storey building.
The works are primarily intended to convert part of the building to a suite of Offices and Consulting Rooms and will involve Building Works, Mechanical Services, Electrical Services and, Hydraulic Services.
