Tender Description
Woollahra Council invites suitably qualified parties to tender for the following work: Reconstruction of the road pavement, concrete kerb and gutter, sections of footpaths and driveways, drainage pit and pipe installation and upgrades at Fairfax Road, Bellevue Hill.
Reconstruction of footpath laneway consisting new stairs, footpath, kerbs and associated landscaping works at Preston Avenue, Bellevue Hill.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held at Council on Wednesday 22nd April 2015 at 10:30am. Proceedings of the meeting will be circulated only to those who attend or register for this tender.
The works to be undertaken in this contract are described in the Tender Document which can be downloaded at no after completing the online registration form. Hard copies are available from Council's Customer Service Area for $150.00.
All interested tenderers must register their phone, fax and email details with the tender number for the relevant job to records@woollahra.nsw.gov.au prior to the pre-tender meeting.
Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope with the project name and tender number clearly marked and lodged by 2.30 pm, Thursday 30th April 2015. in the Tender Box at the Customer Service Area of the Council, 536 New South Head Road, Double Bay between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Costs incurred in preparing tenders will not be reimbursed. Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the tender documentation.
