Tender Description
The MCC, on behalf of the MCG Trust, proposes to undertake a feasibility study to advise and inform the State Government of a concept for the development over the railway lines adjacent to the MCG, to accommodate future event activations (activities ancillary to an event) as well as the traffic and pedestrian management needs of the MCG and the wider sport and entertainment precinct.
The proposed space for the development is between the southern edge of the MCG to the northern edge of Melbourne Park, stretching between the ‘Tennis Centre Bridge’ and the ‘Old Iron Footbridge’. Any proposal will not be seen as a development in its own right, but as a space that supports the operations of the MCG and the broader sport and entertainment precinct.
The MCC seeks to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Consultant to provide the Business Advisory Services to the MCC.
