Tender Description
The successful Respondent will be required to manage and operate the ECU Sport and Fitness Centres at the Joondalup and Mt Lawley Premises using its own appropriately trained and qualified personnel. The incoming operator would be expected to maintain the same high level of service that the ECU Sport and Fitness Centres currently offer to patrons..
Facilities at the Joondalup campus include:
* Health and fitness suite;
* Indoor sports halls;
* Outdoor multipurpose sports courts;
* Cafe; and
* Creche.
Facilities at the Mount Lawley campus are leased from the adjacent High School and include:
* Health and fitness suite;
* Indoor sports halls; and
* Creche.
