Expressions of Interest - Station Master’s House

The Town of Claremont is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties interested in occupying the premises known as Station Master's House, located at 39 Gugeri Street, Claremont. The property is currently vacant.

Purpose

The purpose of this EOI is to activate the vacant building and bring vibrancy to the Claremont Town Centre.

Scope

• Occupation and activation of the Station Master's House premises at 39 Gugeri Street, Claremont
• Building Area of approximately 365m2
