EOI: J-Shed Lease Opportunity

The City of Fremantle is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease of J-Shed units within the Manjaree Precinct.

Scope

The scope includes lease of the following J-Shed units:

• Unit 1: 216m²
• Unit 2: 162m²
• Unit 3: 162m²
• Unit 4: 162m²

Instructions to Tenderers

Stage 1 Key Dates

• EOI open: Wednesday 1 July 2026
• Scheduled site access and viewing times of units
• EOI closes: Monday 31 August 2026

Applicants are encouraged to review the Briefing Pack and supporting documents for all relevant information and application requirements.

Submit your completed EOI before Monday 31 August 2026, 5pm AWST.
