EOI: Public Realm Activation for two public spaces within the Manjaree Precinct

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Fremantle is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the activation of two public spaces within the Manjaree Precinct.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Activation of Area 1, the grassed area in front of J-Shed
• Activation of Area 2, the hardstand limestone area between the J-Shed grassed area and the beach

Applicants may propose an activation for one or both spaces and should indicate their preferred site(s) in their submission.

Stage 1 Key Dates

• EOI open: Wednesday 1 July 2026
• EOI closes: Monday 31 August 2026

Applicants are encouraged to review the Briefing Pack and supporting documents for all relevant information and application requirements.

Submit your completed EOI before Monday 31 August 2026, 5pm AWST.
