Tender Description
The inspection, testing, repair, checking, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, servicing and programmed maintenance of backflow prevention devices, tempering valves, thermostatic valves and corrosion control devices (sacrificial anodes and similar) as listed in the attached equipment and asset lists, and as confirmed by audit on acceptance of a contract for the works, to maintain statutory compliance with legislative requirements and Australian Standards.
Works shall be carried out in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) recommendations and the attached maintenance schedules.
