Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Maxwell Ventures (Management) Pty Ltd (the Company) invites the Respondent to submit an Expression of Interest for the supply of dewatering pipe, hose and fittings to support the underground operations and CHPP (Coal Handling and Preparation Plant).

The Company intends to enter into a Forward Purchasing Deed for the supply of these Goods for a 36-month Term, with the option to extend at the Company's discretion.
