Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for suitably qualified contractors with the requisite skills, licences and experience to undertake the detail design documentation and construction of a new public toilet based on concept drawings & specifications provided by Council.

The works include the following components:
* Detail design and documentation
* All relevant  permits, certifications and compliances
* All construction requirements
* Connection of services to already provided sewer & water points within 4 metres
* Solar lighting installation as documented & specified

Tender documents can be obtained by visiting Council’s e-tendering website www.tendersearch.com.au/bayside.

All tenders must be received by 2:00pm Wednesday 8 April 2015.

Tender submissions must be submitted electronically via www.tendersearch.com.au/bayside.

Bayside City Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
