Tender Description
Surf Coast Shire invites fee proposals from organisations with suitable technical expertise to undertake the concept design for the wind and rain protection for the Anglesea Transfer Station.
Details of site location and existing buildings are set out in the attached drawings.
Council requires the concept design of the proposed structure to be completed by no later than 30 April 2015.
Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to confirm the scope of the works and produce drawings and supporting documentation suitable for tendering for detailed design and construction purposes.

Submissions must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions not complying with the requirements - for example, submissions submitted by Facsimile or email, will not be accepted.
It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.

Submissions are to be lodged no later than 3.00 PM on the 24 March 2015.
