Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial builders for the redevelopment of the St Kilda Life Saving Club. This project involves the demolition of the existing facility and the construction of a new facility.

Submissions will be received in envelopes clearly marked St Kilda Life Saving Club Redevelopment (Construction Services) EOI No. 1926 and are to be lodged in the tender box at the St Kilda Town Hall, corner Brighton Road and Carlisle Street, St Kilda or electronically (via the link below) by 12.00 pm on Friday 20 March 2015.

NOTE: The Tenderlink online forum closes three business days prior to the abovementioned Expression of Interest closing date.

Council reserves the right not to accept any Expression of Interest, or part thereof.

Expressions of Interest received after the closing time will not be considered.
