Tender Description
The Energy Rating website (www.energyrating.gov.au) is the primary communication channel for the E3 Program
The successful supplier will be required to:
1. Improve the useability of the Energy Rating website for each stakeholder group, based on recently developed digital personas and market research, which will be provided to the supplier. This includes, but is not limited to: site navigation, homepage layout, news/blog features, calculator, site map interface and consultation pages and a review of content to assess the most logical presentation of information for each stakeholder group. The solution must:
a. Use the E3 Program digital personas and market research, commissioned by the Department in early 2015, to inform the design;
b. Incorporate images from the E3 digital image library, commissioned by the Department in late 2014;
c. Ensure search engine optimisation; and
d. Responsive design.
2. Redesign the publications library to improve useability, including:
a. Enhancing the document upload function to produce multiple formats on upload;
b. Consolidating libraries to improve the search function; and
c. Reviewing data entry and display fields.
