Tender Description
This contract is for the provision of the design and delivery of a Community Leadership Program. It is intended that the program will run annually over a three year period. The contract will be for one year with options of two, one year extensions.
In general terms it will include the following items:
* Development of workshop material
* Delivery of workshops
* Delivery of an information session, launch, midpoint networking dinner and graduation
* Delivery of a mentor induction, midpoint reflection and final reflection session for mentors
* Delivery of a participant evaluation session
* Coordinate guest speakers to regularly attend workshop sessions.
* Community project coordination including attendance at key project milestones
* Draft and final program outcomes and evaluation report.
