Tender Description
The NSW Heads of Agreement between the Commonwealth Government (‘Commonwealth’) and NSW Government (‘Government’) on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (‘NDIS’) on 6 December 2012 notes that the NSW Government will not provide any residual specialist disability services or basic community care supports by the time the NDIS is fully implemented across NSW by 30 June 2018. The Government intends to exit from the services and functions that are funded, provided and performed by the division of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (‘ADHC’) in the Department of Family and Community Services (‘FACS’).
NSW Treasury seeks proposals from interested parties to provide specialist advisory services in relation to the transfer of disability supported accommodation to the non-government sector.
Proposals must be received by no later than 11.00am on 8 March 2015 ('Closing Date').

All questions or clarifications regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to Disability Services Transfer (disabilityservicestransfer@treasury.nsw.gov.au) no later than 5.00pm (AEST) on 27 February 2015.
Any amendments (including addenda, clarifications and responses to questions) will be made available on this web site, and a notification email will be sent to the system user email address of those that have accessed the web site and obtained the documents.
Recipients of the RFP are encouraged to monitor their email and the website for such communication. The State is under no obligation to inform recipients that information has been made available on the website.
