Tender Description
DCJ has commenced an Open Tender for the Casework Support Scheme (CSS). This is a fee-for-service scheme providing support services to meet the needs of vulnerable children/young people in OOHC.
Project goals
CSS facilitates the engagement of pre-qualified organisations to provide a defined set of direct support service types for DCJ caseworkers. These are Supervised Contact, Supervised Transport, Mentoring, Daytime Respite and Overnight Respite. These service types are accessible by DCJ Caseworkers for children and young people in OOHC case managed by DCJ.
Scope
Approved CSS providers deliver agreed CSS service types to DCJ clients. Services are delivered against the CSS price schedule, contracted CSS providers are not able to exceed price rates or add in additional costs.
Approved CSS providers are eligible organisation or entities, sole traders are not eligible to apply for CSS.
