Tender Description
The Rivergum Reserve landscape construction project aims to re-create a natural creek environment and habitat area in place of an existing eroded drainage channel. The works cover an approximate area of 1.5ha that will form part of a broader wetland, drainage and recreation reserve. This will be an exciting open space for local residents and visitors to enjoy within close proximity to transport links and the retail hub of Hampton Park.
Specifically but not limited to, the works include: Earthworks, realignment, stabilisation & revegetation of creek corridor, pedestrian bridge, viewing deck area, network of paths, park furniture, fenced playground, garden beds and tree planting.
