Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to produce design and documentation for the proposed redevelopment of Colac Central Reserve. The consultant will also be required to assist the project management team in site inspections during construction as well as monitoring and signing off of defects in the post-construction period.
Tenders close at 4pm, Wednesday 11 March 2015. Submissions may be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box or at Colac Otway Shire Council offices, 2-6 Rae St Colac 3250. Late, emailed, or facsimiled tenders will not be considered.
