Hobsons Bay City Council (Council) invites tenders for Stage 4 - Williamstown Town Hall Refurbishment and Restoration Works (Project).
During continuous refurbishment, repair and restoration works at the Williamstown Town Hall, Council together with the Project Team and the Responsible Building Surveyor (RBS) established the Additional Works required in order to finalise this significant project in line with Building Regulations and Heritage Principles.
The final stage (Stage 4) of the Williamstown Town Hall Refurbishment and Restoration project will comprise of a number of Works Packages as detailed in the tender documents.
