Expressions of Interest are sought on behalf of Queen Elizabeth Centre from Building Contractors for alterations & additions to the QEC Hospital at 53 Thomas St, Noble Park.
The project requires the addition of 50m2 of new buildings and alterations to 240m2 of existing buildings & internal courtyards.
Contractors will be assessed on relevant criteria for inclusion on a selected tender list.
