Tender Description
Council wishes to invite suitably qualified landscape contractors to submit tenders for the construction of a Public Park at 304-314 Burns Bay Road. Landscape construction includes a viewing platform, concrete footpath, terraced gardens, climbing wall, playgrounds, community garden, park furniture installation, lighting and associated electrical and hydraulic infrastructure.
Tender documents are available via Tenderlink www.tenderlink.com/nsroc from 28 January 2015.Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labelled "TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC PARK AT 304-314 BURNS BAY ROAD, LANE COVE" and lodged at Council's Civic Centre, 48 Longueville Road no later than 2pm Wednesday 25 February 2015.
