Parks Victoria is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties interested in a ground lease over approximately 5.6 hectares of vacant land known as Smiths Paddock located within Werribee Park, Werribee South. Proposals are sought that will provide the public with tourism, leisure or recreational facilities that are appropriate to the open space setting and that complement the opportunities available at Werribee Park.
