Council proposes to engage a qualified Contractor licensed to carry out demolition works including removal and disposal of non-friable asbestos containing product and other hazardous materials from the following Council properties including concrete driveways, asphalt carpark, outbuildings, sheds, footings and fences in accordance with Council’s documentation.

The three sites for the proposed demolition works are as follows:

1. 6 Taylor St, Lidcombe- Lidcombe RSL Club
2. No. 8 Webbs Avenue, Auburn
3. No. 34 Chestnut Road, Auburn
